The Platform

The rolodex was never the moat.

We have the network. We also built what most firms never will: our own recruiting platform, from the ATS up, with AI running every stage of a search. A network ages. Software compounds.

01Our Own ATS

Built on an ATS we wrote ourselves

Off-the-shelf recruiting software is built for Western hiring, and you hope an integration covers the rest. We wrote our own, every screen shaped to how we run searches, so Indian hiring is native, not bolted on. Notice periods, fixed-plus-variable comp in rupees, hike expectations, Naukri, WhatsApp: first-class fields and channels, not plugins.

02Sourcing

Sourced at the speed of browsing

Our recruiters work every major sourcing channel and our own enriched candidate base, with the platform riding along: a Chrome extension scores every profile against your role in place, with reasons. One click captures it into our ATS, deduplicated against everyone we already know. And the scoring learns, tuned by every recruiter verdict and plain-English instruction like 'prioritize startup experience.'

Representative run. A 13-provider waterfall fires the moment a candidate is added; recruiters never hunt for a number.

Nobody here hunts for a phone number

The moment a candidate enters the pipeline, an automated waterfall works through as many as thirteen providers until it finds their personal email and mobile. The hours other firms spend chasing contact details, ours spend talking to candidates.

03Outreach

Cold email people reply to, then compliment

Every email is generated by the platform for one specific candidate, checked by a second AI, and reviewed by a recruiter before it sends. What comes back speaks for itself. Two verbatim replies: candidate details redacted, the companies, the roles, and every word real.

Hi Kritika,

Thanks for this email - and damn if this wasn’t one of the best / most intriguing recruiting emails I’ve ever received! Really well done. Bravo.

Hi Apoorvaa,

Thanks for reaching out, and for clearly doing the homework rather than sending a form note. The problem space is squarely where I work: I’m Head of Product and AI at , so surfaces like these are exactly what I spend my time on, and Maven’s a company I respect.

Meet Toby, the AI in every screening call

05Evaluation

Every candidate is evaluated by AI against the specific job: a clear High, Medium, or Low verdict with written strengths, concerns, and transparent reasoning you can inspect. Not gut feel with a confident voice, evidence with an audit trail.

Great people never fall through.

When a strong candidate isn't right for the role they were sourced for, the system recognizes where else they fit and suggests the cross-submission, so your search benefits from every other search we run.

Research before the first call.

For every role the platform generates deep, source-cited briefings on the company, the market, and the position, so candidates hear an informed pitch and you get recruiters who understand your business.

06Built to Evolve

The stack improves every month

Because we own every layer, from the ATS to the AI, new models plug in the moment they're released, every prompt is versioned, and every AI decision is logged and auditable. A rolodex depreciates. This compounds.

decision log · live

14:02:11 · outreach draft generated → second-pass verification: passed

14:02:38 · fitment scored 84/100 → reasons and flags stored

14:05:04 · reply classified: interested → stage moved automatically

14:05:05 · decision log written · prompt v41 · model swap-ready

Representative log. Every AI decision in the platform is recorded and auditable after the fact.

And the next version is already in build: an autonomous sourcing agent that takes a role, generates its own search strategies, works the candidate lists, and surfaces the strongest matches, with a recruiter directing instead of doing.

Every firm will tell you they know people. Ask the next one to show you their software.
